We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers.

  1. Blue Dart
  2. Ecom Express
  3. BVC Logistics

The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.

Packaging:-

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery, gold coin or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive PUNJAB JEWELLERS AND SONS box along with the relevant certificates.

Free Gift Packaging:-

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Punjab Jewellers and Sons gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.

Return, Exchange, Repairs & Resizing Policy:-

If for some reasons, you want to return or exchange your product bought from the company, such return or exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions. Products shipped outside India shall not be returned, exchanged, repaired or resized under any circumstances. All returns, exchanges, repairs and repairs and resizing shall be at the sole discretion of the company alone.

Lifetime Exchange Policy:-

  • Solitaire diamonds shall be exchanged at 90% of the final invoice value or prevailing market value whichever is higher after deducting GST, subject to a limit of Rs.10,00,000/-
  • Jewellery products made of studded diamonds shall be exchanged at 85% of the final invoice value or prevailing market value whichever is higher after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Plain gold jewellery of 22Kt/916 shall be exchanged at 95 % of the prevailing market value after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Plain gold jewellery of 18Kt/750 shall be exchanged at 80 % of the prevailing market value after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Silver Jewelry products cannot be exchanged
  • The prevailing market value will depend on the prevailing market rate on the particular day in Lucknow.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and the Invoice for exchange.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case of a refund on a lifetime exchange, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days of receipt of product.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will first have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product only then shall the company be obliged to process the exchange.
  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • The company reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • Return of handcrafted jewelry will be dealt by the company on a case-to-case basis.
  • This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

Lifetime Buyback Policy:-

  • Solitaire diamonds shall be eligible for buyback at 85% of the final invoice value after deducting GST, subject to a limit of Rs.10,00,000/-
  • Jewellery products made of studded diamonds shall be eligible for buyback at 80% of the final invoice value or prevailing market value whichever is higher after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Plain gold jewellery of 22Kt/916 shall be bought back at 91.6% of the prevailing market value after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Plain gold jewellery of 18Kt/750 shall be bought back at 75 % of the prevailing market value after deducting making charges and GST.
  • Silver Jewelry products are not eligible for buyback • The prevailing market value will depend on the prevailing market rate on the particular day in Lucknow.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and the Invoice for exchange.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

  • In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer and shall be paid beforehand, then the company shall process it.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer within 10 days from dispatch of the resized product by way of an online bank transfer.
  • If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case-to-case basis.
  • Shipping charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer and shall be paid beforehand by the customer and then the repair and resizing will be processed.
  • This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of Gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gold bangles, gift cards and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Jewelsbypjs.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The customer shall pay the balance payment for the order at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. 

Jewelsbypjs.com may, at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

7 DAYS FREE RETURN POLICY:-

  • Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweler other than jewelsbypjs.com) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork. Product will not be accepted under this policy if Tag of "Non Returnable If Torn" is removed.

  • You are eligible for an exchange on Jewels By PJS for 100 % of the purchase value under 7 days return policy. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once, after that it will go under Lifetime Exchange Policy.

  • Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt or difference in product design from that on the website. If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a 10% deduction on the product value will be applicable. 

  • The 7 days free return policy is not valid on any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e. designed exclusively for our client by jewelsbypjs.com through customization, including engravings, removal of tag; logo etc. in such cases only lifetime exchange policy will be applicable.

  • Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under 7 Days Return policy.

  • Gold Bangles and Silver Jewellery are not covered under 7 Days Return policy.

  • The 7 Days Free Return Policy is available on diamond jewellery only.

REFUND POLICY:-

  • All Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of previous transaction.

  • In cases of refunds under 7 days return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like original invoice and product certificate.

  • The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

  • Part payments received against customized jewellery, gold bangles are not refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO JEWELSBYPJS.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS:-

  • If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at +918452883515 or email us at support@jewelsbypjs.com for assistance.

  • Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely repack the unused item.

  • Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.

  • Check the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  • PUNJAB JEWELLERS AND SONS Central Hotel Building, Opposite Jhandewala Park (Underground Parking),Aminabad, Lucknow 226018.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.

  • You can expect a refund within 10-14 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited by bank transfer.

  • In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

  • All Jewels By PJS jewellery comes with an SGL©, GIA© or IGI© appraisal certificate and must be returned with all other documents and the product. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement. Jewelsbypjs.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.

  • Instructions for return packaging:-

  • Step1: Pack the item(s) securely using the extra packing material found along with your order. Do not use the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.

  • Step2: Do not use cello tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.

  • Step3: Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing to courier. Only return invoices for shipping purpose to be kept outside.

  • Step4: Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety.
