This website routes all its payments through a third party entity, presently Avenues India limited or also known as “Razorpay” or any other third party payment service provider. Accordingly the user does hereby agree to abide by all the terms and conditions, terms of use and all other applicable obligations provided by each of such respective third party payment service provider.

Online:-

Customers can make their purchase payment via Credit Card, Debit card or Online fund transfer.

• Credit Card: All Visa,Master and American Express Credit Cards are accepted

• Debit Card: All Visa, Maestro and RuPay Debit Cards are accepted

• Online Fund Transfer: You can choose from all major banks in India to transfer money

Advance / Part Payment:-

Only in case of handcrafted or customised Jewellery www.jewelsbypjs.com may, at its sole discretion, call upon the user to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the user at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

The advance amount paid by the User at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by www.jewelsbypjs.com to the user in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit or for any other reason that the amount may not be authorised to be credited to www.jewelsbypjs.com.

The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed above at any time.

CASH ON DELIVERY:-

1. We have Cash On Delivery (COD) as one of the modes of payment at Jewels By PJS.

2. For any COD order, you have to pay 20% of the total product value in advance online or bank transfer and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.

3. Currently we are serving only selected pin codes for COD. Please check if COD is available for your pin code in product page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

4. Cash on Delivery is not available on Gold Bangles.
